Structure:
Modular assembly structure designed for ease of transport. Ground-level access for personnel, featuring galvanized steel construction with a high-gloss powder-coated finish.
Lighting System:
Comprehensive lighting system with 6 high-brightness, energy-saving LED lights (18W each). Achieves full brightness instantly, ensuring a long-lasting performance.
Powder Recovery System:
Equipped with 6 efficient dust filter cartridges (600mm*Ø320mm) and 6 solenoid valves (holeØ20mm, DC24V). Automatic pulse blowback mechanism for optimal powder recovery.
Circulation System:
Powered by a centrifugal blower (7.5kW motor), delivering an air flow of 6,000 ~ 9,000m³/h. Features an anti-flame flexible tube connection to the cabin, with an exhaust vent adjustable in four directions.
Blower Holder System:
Engineered with 80*80 square tubes to minimize noise and avoid resonance. This system is independent of the booth, ensuring enhanced stability.

Process Steps:
- Pre-treatment: Efficiently remove rust and oil from the product's surface.
- Drying: Thoroughly dry workpieces post pre-treatment.

- Powder Curing: Heat in the oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes ensuring a durable coating.
- Cooling: Allow for natural cooling to achieve optimal results.
