Due to the application of wear-resistant fans in factory ventilation and dust removal, the impeller and casing of the fan have varying degrees of wear, which directly affects the smooth production in some areas. Therefore, there is a high demand for the wear-resistant performance of the fan.
Wear resistant fans are usually equipped with protective plates and wear-resistant welding on the working surface of the blades and the wheel disc to improve the wear resistance of the impeller. Furthermore, selecting wear-resistant plates (including wear-resistant welding) according to working conditions can relatively prolong the service life of ventilation fans.
The production of wear-resistant impellers can use bimetallic composite wear-resistant plates. This material of impeller can maintain good performance in extreme working environments, effectively reducing wear and corrosion, thereby extending the service life of the equipment. The wear resistance of bimetallic composite plates is mainly attributed to their high surface hardness and good impact resistance. This allows it to maintain stable performance even under high mechanical stress and corrosive media.
In addition, the bimetallic composite plate also has good thermal stability. Even in high-temperature environments, it can maintain the stability of its structure and performance, and is not easily deformed or damaged. This good thermal stability allows the wear-resistant impeller to maintain efficient working conditions even in high temperature environments.
